CIVE® provided full design and construction services for a flex space warehouse development consisting of five office/warehouse buildings on a 2.48-acre site. The project was delivered using a design-build approach to maintain schedule control, cost efficiency, and coordination across all disciplines.
The development includes two 4,600-square-foot buildings and three 8,480-square-foot buildings, creating a total of 32 leasable units. Each unit features a front-facing loading area adjacent to the main entrance, supporting efficient deliveries while preserving a clean commercial layout.
Site planning focused on vehicle circulation, accessibility, and efficient use of space. The building layouts allow flexibility for a range of commercial and light industrial users.
