The project included design and construction of six (6) 10,000 square foot, single/two story early childhood development centers. These childcare facilities are spread across Houston, Cypress, Spring, Richmond, Sugarland and Magnolia. Each daycare facility and project consists of 10 classrooms, an indoor and outdoor playground located on approximately 2 acre of fully developed tract.
