The Spot at Anderson is a multifamily development in Southwest Houston that introduces 155 Class-B units across a three-story structure built with light gauge metal framing. Spanning 4.5 acres, the project incorporates a central courtyard, landscaped recreational areas with a pond and gazebo, and a gym for residents. CIVE® assumed responsibility midway through construction, with engineering and construction teams conducting extensive investigations to assess existing work, correct deficiencies, and realign the project for successful delivery.
