Office Warehouse at Chenault

This project involves the conversion of an existing three-story building on a five acre site into a mixed office and warehouse facility. Delivered as a design–build effort, the program includes a new exterior loading dock and an interior build-out of more than sixty six thousand square feet. Planned spaces include IT workshops, offices, lounges, break rooms, an event hall, a presentation room, restrooms, and a large conference area. Structural upgrades and foundation reinforcement are incorporated to support warehouse storage loads, along with reclassification from business use to combined business and warehouse occupancy.
