CIVE® delivered the full construction scope for this 123-suite property, where each unit is equipped with a complete kitchen, modern connectivity, and spacious layouts. The project also features fitness rooms, outdoor recreation areas, and multiple pools, creating a well-rounded environment for guests. Through careful planning and execution, CIVE® achieved a balance of functionality and guest-focused amenities that reflect the standards of a leading hospitality brand.
