Aria at Resource

The Aria at Resource development was conceived as a multifamily community with 160 units arranged across two buildings designed to appear as a single, unified structure. The design maximizes leasable area while providing 2866 square feet of shared amenities, including a clubhouse, gym, lounge, business center, mail services, and leasing offices. CIVE® led the design effort with a focus on efficiency, cohesion, and resident experience, incorporating a six-hundred-foot walking trail through a landscaped common area to deliver both functional and community-focused value.
