Aria at Bellfort

Aria at Bellfort in Houston was built as a Class-B apartment community with six three-story buildings and 142 units. CIVE® managed construction with attention to both quality and cost efficiency, delivering modern finishes such as granite countertops, soft-close cabinetry, LED fixtures, and durable flooring. Located near Hobby Airport, the project required specialized sound-proofing methods that replaced standard windows and saved the client nearly one million dollars, while still achieving comfort-focused noise reduction across all residences.
