The project consist of the design and construction of three (3) warehouse facilities, 54,000 sq ft white cement, 64,200 square foot grey cement, and a 11,475 square foot packing warehouse, located on a 10 acre fully developed tract. The developed tract consists of underground detention and approximately 80,000sf of heavy load reinforced concrete pavement. Also included is a loading and unloading dock, a weigh scale and the procurement and installation of two (2) 550 ton cement storage silos complete with unloading hoppers, a bucket elevator, and air compressors.
