A 5 story, 240 micro-unit student housing complex, this project is uniquely designed with a fiber cement board ventilated facade system to cut down on construction time and aid in value engineering, as the design allows us to economize HVAC and electrical systems. The building also features podium styled parking with bicycle racks.
